About Kollege

We’re helping build the creator economy. And we want you to play a bigger role.

Who we help & what we do

We partner with experts, operators and content creators to help them make a substantial income doing what they’re great at.

We do this in two primary ways.

First, with our Incubator program. Our Incubator program helps creators, underground talent and operators who have an audience scale a business around themselves.

Second, our Partners system. This is for founders of already existing online education companies and info product businesses making at least 100k/month. We’ll help you cut costs, increase profit, and work towards an exit (if that’s what you want).

Our vision & philosophy

We believe creator-led education is the future.

We also believe that the people who are the best at what they do should be rewarded.

Unfortunately, most creators and online educators are on a hamster wheel. They’re making content, putting in the work, building an audience…

But financially? Yeah. That part isn’t working quite as well as it should.

Our mission is to enable creators, educators and entrepreneurs to do what they’re best at: create & educate—while being compensated extremely well for it.

Think of us as a record label on steroids.

Our Story

The idea behind Kollege was formed many, many years ago when I (Blake La Grange) realized that there was something fundamentally wrong with the traditional educational system.

Overpriced. Outdated. Logistical nightmare. Not results-oriented.

That’s what led me to build my own education company, mastering.com. We delivered high quality education to thousands of musicians and audio engineers.

Through doing that, I realized two things:

  1. Online education works. Especially if you do it right.
  2. There are countless creators and entrepreneurs out there who have an audience but don’t know how to monetize it.

Now I’m on a mission to help underground talent, creators and operators get paid well for what they’re best at.
